Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately at support@bestaay.com or call +91 7641 000 011.

• After 24 hours, once processing has begun, cancellations may not be accepted. Orders in transit or delivered cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and must include all original packaging and accessories.

• To initiate a return, please email support@bestaay.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product packaging.

3. Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

4. Non‑Refundable Items

• Personalized, custom‑made, or perishable items cannot be canceled or refunded unless damaged upon arrival.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

• We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or wrong items.

6. Refund Confirmation

• Once processed, we will send you an email confirmation detailing the refund amount and expected date of credit to your account.
