Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately at support@bestaay.com or call +91 7641 000 011.
After 24 hours, once processing has begun, cancellations may not be accepted. Orders in transit or delivered cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and must include all original packaging and accessories.
To initiate a return, please email support@bestaay.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product packaging.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
4. Non‑Refundable Items
Personalized, custom‑made, or perishable items cannot be canceled or refunded unless damaged upon arrival.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or wrong items.
6. Refund Confirmation
Once processed, we will send you an email confirmation detailing the refund amount and expected date of credit to your account.
